My vision of the sponsorship world is as follows: the business partnerships we create must have a significant financial impact on the organizations, associations, and professional orders that we represent, as well as on companies wishing to promote their brand, generate leads, and strengthen their engagement towards customers in the very niche field that is sponsorship. Return on investment is our number one concern. Our priority is also to seize all business opportunities and present them to our customers, always with the aim of helping them grow their income. As the leading middleman charged with connecting brands with highly targeted clients, I have surrounded myself with a team that shares the same intrinsic values that have guided my deepest aspirations these past 30 years.
I started selling ads for a yearbook: 110 customers and $10,000 in sales for Polyvalente Saint-Jérôme! Down the road, I started a magazine called Informateur-Software, with 20,000 copies published 10 times a year, 56 pages in colour. Then, I finally decided to start my business, CPS Media, and I took care of Quebec magazines such as Justice, Les Débrouillards, and Protégez-vous. Since the founding of CPS Media, we have continuously applied industry best practices, embraced what lies ahead, and are confident that our digital shift has transformed the business in a positive way.
We also sell kiosks for large-scale events such as the CNESST Grand Rendez-vous in Montreal and Quebec City, and the MCEE trade show which attracts over 5,500 industry visitors, and we also work for several well-known professional orders and associations. Keeping in mind that our team has grown to offer a service focused on the current and future needs of our customers, we suggest the implementation of digital strategies, offer very concrete recommendations to improve sponsorship performance and return on investment, and are very results-oriented. We have come a long way; our journey has included some very interesting and ambitious projects, and we are equipped like never before to change the face of sponsorship in Quebec.
CPS is the intermediary between the General Partner and the sponsor.
CPS is a company motivated by challenges and success. In practical terms, CPS collaborates with 2 types of clientele: 1) groups and 2) companies that wish to advertise their services or products to these groups. We are acting as the middlemann between the sponsor and the sponsored party. Through the efficient, measured, and impactful media of (sponsored) organizations, we help corporate sponsors reach their target audience very quickly and in such a way as to generate better conversion rates.
Our role also consists of supporting the sponsors AND the sponsored parties so that it’s a win-win situation all around. CPS is a recognized leader when it comes to sales management, business development, media and commercial properties, strategic consulting, and media creativity.
